Marc Lucenius
Board Chair

Marc is the Associate Pastor at Willowdale Chapel in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania.   He leads the Celebrate Recovery Ministry and oversees the rest of the adult ministry.   He has been in full-time ministry since 1994 doing student ministry in the church and with Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship and the US Center for World Missions.  He received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Delaware and an MDiv from Westminster Theological Seminary.  These influences have given him a passion for the local church and the power of the gospel to change lives.  He has been in pastoral ministry for ten years, serving for six years at Church of the Saviour in Wayne, PA before moving to Willowdale Chapel. 

 Marc has lived his entire life in the Philly Metro region, never living more than 45 minutes from the South Philly sports complex, paying a visit whenever possible.  He loves being a husband and a father and, with his wife Kathleen, he is raising three kids, Kelsey, Hannah and Samuel.

Treasurer

John currently serves as Treasurer and has been connected with The Peacemaker Center since its inception. He prepared the 501(c)3 non-profit status application and assisted with tax filings, budgeting and other fiscal matters throughout the early years. In 2005, he joined the Board as Treasurer. John is an attorney and a CPA. He has served as the CFO of a non-profit organization for many years and also works with various non-profits as a financial consultant. He and his wife, author Mindy Starns Clark, live in Eagleville with their two daughters and attend Fairview Village Church.

Barbara Yamarick
Secretary

Barbara is serving as the Secretary of the Board. A lifelong resident of Chester County, Barbara and her husband, David, are members of Calvary Fellowship Church and co-leaders of "Ventures - Faith in Action", an active adult ministry whose focus is serving and providing a sense of support and community. Barbara is the co-founder of "Double Hope", a cancer support group that provides practical support for today and spiritual hope for tomorrow.

After earning a B.S. in Behavioral Science from York College of PA, Barbara worked in both residential and commerical property management. Barbara's professional career in real estate spanned over 30 years in various executive positions. She retired from Brandywine Realty Trust in 2003 as the Senior Vice President of Tenant Services and continues to mentor women in business.

Judy Reid
Director

Judy participated with the founding board members to start The Peacemaker Center. She works as a therapist and Clinical Director and also became the Executive Director in 2004. She started with many years of non-profit experience at Access Services and in private practice. She lives with her husband and family in Downingtown and is an active member at Calvary Fellowship Church in Lionville.

Peter Schiesser
Board Member

Peter Schiesser graduated from Plymouth Whitemarsh High School in the class of 1982. He earned his degree in Finance at the University of Maryland in 1986. Peter is employed by Liberty Mutual Insurance Company as a Surety Bond Underwriter. He was a Board Member of Access Services from 1997 to 2003.

Peter is single, enjoys golf, exercise and travel and attends Harvest Bible Chapel in King of Prussia, PA.
